PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of ALL orders. Fulluv Scents is a family owned and operated small home business. We handle orders of varying sizes and occasionally run out of supplies, fragrances, etc.. On other occasions, there may be delays with the mail system. In any regard, we ask for two full weeks to have your order processed and shipped to your door.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of size.
Orders will be shipped via the carrier of my choice. I may use USPS Parcel, Priority Mail, UPS, or Fedex. All shipments will be insured beginning January 1, 2008.
Orders from this website will be shipped only to the United States. For International orders please visit my ebay store here.
DISCOUNTS:
Please see my coupon code page for all discounts available. Bulk prices are shown within each specific item’s description and options page. Pricing and discounts are set based on the company’s ordering habits and abilities. As those change, the prices may be updated to reflect those changes. Feel free to email with specific requests regarding bulk orders. I may be able to help you out and make updates per your request.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:
I will offer an exchange if the product is defective or does not match the description. You have 14 days from the date that the item is delivered to state your complaint. There are absolutely no extensions to this 14 day period.
No refunds/exchanges for bad fragrance selections. I offer samples so that you can choose a fragrance you will like before ordering it. Get samples first and you won’t get a fragrance that you don’t like.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
I offer no refunds/exchanges for postal damage/lost packages. Once I fill your order and ship it, I am not responsible for what happens with the post office. I recommend that you purchase insurance available in the product listing so that if anything happens you can successfully file a claim with with post office.
I do not ship anything without proof of shipping.
ORDER TRACKING:
You will be sent email updates as your order status changes. Once shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number.
If shipping by USPS, I will have a delivery confirmation number. Please note that USPS does not have a tracking number per se. The postal records may not be updated until the item is actually delivered and the number may not provide you with any detailed in transit information.
If shipping by UPS, I will have a tracking number. UPS tracking numbers are detailed and will tell you exactly where your package is.
